I contracted with Mr Dorsey last December to handle a matter with the IRS. Paid him in full. Haven’t heard from him since. I’ve called and left voicemails. I’ve spoken to his assistant who always says he’s in a meeting, even at 9 am or 5 pm. He’s always busy. I’ve emailed with no response.
Mr. Dorsey, I really need some acknowledgment from you regarding my 2020 income tax return. You do not return any of my phone calls or respond to emails. Please give me a call or email me. Beverly Cole-Luchansky
Don't have much to offer other than the response has been less than expected. We agreed on a plan of engagement. I uploaded my information into his portal. He never responded. That was on 9/30/2021. I called the office after a month. His assistant said he had been busy and would be in touch. I sent an email 2 weeks later. No response.
Marcus Dorsey, CPA and his staff were professional and responsive. He provided excellent tax strategies based on my current and long term needs. They explained all the tax services in depth ,and we selected the business advisory counsel, and taxing planning services.
