I walked in the school today,I saw a Spanish lady she sat up front with her phone watching loud video,the lobby is very dirty she had her McDonald cup,she not even put her head up until I left,bad customer service

One Star – I Would Give Zero if I Could This place is an absolute nightmare. I wouldn’t leave a houseplant here, let alone a child. The staff always seem overwhelmed or uninterested—half the time I’m not even sure if they remember the kids’ names. My child came home multiple times with unexplained scratches and bruises, and when I asked about it, the response was a shrug and “kids will be kids.” No incident reports, no concern—just pure negligence. I came to register my granddaughter. I saw the lady talking on the phone. She told me to wait for her. I stood there for more than 10 minutes waiting for her. She looked at me through the window. I was impatient because I was going to work. I had to leave. Then she had the nerve to call me on the phone to go back. After something like that, you think I'm going to bring my child. Never, and mothers, be very careful where you put your children. bad behavior
