They've got the same great selection, whole new layout, like a house filled with beautiful brand new furniture to choose from. Solid Oak, Real Solid Wood Furniture, Great Selection! I loved the large, large selection, of solid oak funiture, not cheap imitations, like so many other stores claim to be. Real wood, solid oak, lots, not parcel wood, or fake wood stain applied to make it look real! I tell all of friends to go here, and the prices are really good too! Dorothys' Country Oak even offers layaways, low financing and the owner, "Dorothy" is sooo sweet, a very nice lady! Not too impressed I went to this store and it was okay, but nothing too impressive. To start with, the layout of the store was not very good and it made it difficult to find things. I also expected to find all realy oak, sturdy furniture. However, when I went to this store, it seemed like a lot of the stuff was really cheaply made and I questioned whether or not it was really oak wood or if they were just saying it was oak because that was the type of stain or veneer that was on it.
