Elementary Schools: Poor staff and poor communication. An entire school system built off of complacency. The no tolerance policy on bullying only applies to your child if your child sits completely silent throughout the entire ordeal; otherwise the superintendent thinks it's warranted. A direct quote from the superintendent "I find that there have been occasions when your son was annoying other students on the bus and making inappropriate comments to the point that eventually these students would say something back to him." ... read more
