I was very disappointed with the communications. They sub-contract other companies to deliver and pickup dumpsters. I never called for pick-up but they showed up after 14 days. When I asked the driver to keep it longer they charged me an additional $75 for the trip. The driver said this happens with many of Eagle's customers. Also, I've rented twice from this company and both times they charged an overweight fee. Maybe my first load was overweight, but this most recent dumpster was only 1/3 full with light construction debri... read more
Fair pricing and excellent communication
Great experience! I have Used Eagle on two occasions both times for a 12 yard container. They arrived when they said they would and picked up when called. Dale the local driver was super easy to work with, he made sure to place the container exactly where we requested. I highly recommend Eagle for your dumpster needs.
