Misses filings and can be quite unprofessional. Very condescending when dealing with people, even when he is the one that messed up and didn't do what he was paid to do. If you want the work done and done right, look elsewhere.
I have been trying to contact this tax service for 2 months, and they refuse to answer their phone. When I finally made contact, he spoke to me in a very condescending tone, wouldnt let me fully explain myself, told me that previous people are grandfathered in with their rates and mine would cost more, charges a fee to even review basic information, then said he's not willing to assist. Same your time and money and go with a different, more reputable business.
Just starting to use this service, I'm pretty sure it's going to work out well he seems to know what hes doing and the prices are excellent!
