I have been trying to contact this tax service for 2 months, and they refuse to answer their phone. When I finally made contact, he spoke to me in a very condescending tone, wouldnt let me fully explain myself, told me that previous people are grandfathered in with their rates and mine would cost more, charges a fee to even review basic information, then said he's not willing to assist. Same your time and money and go with a different, more reputable business.
Just starting to use this service, I'm pretty sure it's going to work out well he seems to know what hes doing and the prices are excellent!
