I came in looking for a mattress that would work with my back issues and some specific preferences, and Azim was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice to talk to. He also gave me great recommendations on pillows and mattress protectors without ever being pushy. He was the only one working and juggling several customers, but always kept me updated and never left me waiting long. I ended up putting a deposit down on the Brio along with a few other items and had a great experience overall. Thanks, Azim!
Peter was excellent to deal with. No pressure to buy and great customer service. Thank you Peter.
Absolutely fantastic service by Azim. He had such patience with my senior Mom. He really took his time to find her the best fit at the best price. Incredible customer service. I would definitely recommend shopping here.
