I'm not like other girls, I have chronic pain jokes aside, Brandyn was helpful and friendly. he went above and beyond to get me just about every pillow they had, ultimately resulting in my getting one of the first ones he showed me. dude knows his stuff, and doesn't make you feel bad for not knowing yours. highly recommend.
Isaiah was amazing. Super kind, very professional, attentive to what I needed and extremely knowledgeable. I tested several mattresses to find the perfect one with his expertise and help. Order was established. Fast forward to the next day and we found out there was a glitch with delivery because the one I specifically chose was back-ordered with an anticipated delivery of 3 months! never made it past the web site. looking for a mattress. the web site had a few but they also have over 7 more items they wanted you to look at first. this tried my patience. and i was looking for a twin but it kept making sure i was looking at queen size. i feel like you should pay me a wage for all the hard work navigating the horrible web site.
I just had an exceptional mattress buying experience! Ed is the best sales person there is. He quickly greeted us from the moment we stepped into the door and took the time to understand our sleep needs. He guided us through the process and was patient and very knowledgeable.
