Excellent service. Cherry very knowledgeable and had good suggestions for our concerns.
Very happy with the help Douglas had with us this week. He took the time and helped us test out the toppers and pillows. His comments and insights helped with making the purchase.
Abysmal. I waited 2 and a half months for my refund, went in store to ask about it several times, called several times, and in the end they told me they couldn’t give me the refund they promised me.
Was hesitant due to some bad reviews. But gotta say, Doug Durnin was really good. Not pushy at all. Helped me load the mattress to the back of my truck. They had some good deals on discontinued Casper mattresses. Overall, very happy with the purchase.
