Ryan was very helpful to help us buy a body pillow. He explained the pillow case is included and the stuffing can be removed to customize it to my liking. We were also looking for a twin sheet set and he directed me to their clearance table so we could save some money. We love that it’s a Canadian company too!
My husband and I came in yesterday, March 30, 2026 and had Ryan help us out. We had concerns about both of sleep. We needed some advice about new pillows, Ryan took his time and got our sleep profiles and then tested some out at the store. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and appreciated his help. I purchased two adjustable beds and two mattresses different firmnesses.on Dec.28/25 Salesperson Rohit Sharma said we had 100 days if we did not like the mattresses to return and exchange. We purchased the mattress that we wanted to return for $935.00.Our total bill was $5402.53. When we let him know we wanted to exchange one of the mattresses because we did not like , he told us the sale was over and now the difference in cost would be $714.00 for the different firmnesses in the same mattress.
