Prompt, professional, and overall superb customer service from the owner as well as staff. Very clean aesthetic. Lean business model means that cost saving is passed on to us, the customer. Excellent quality wood and beautiful stone table. Their brand new products were cheaper than buying used furniture from Facebook! Helped me save money and allowed me to buy new furniture, so it’s a win-win. The workers were all kind and responsive! Pick up and payment went smoothly. Assembling was easy as well! William was a pleasure to deal with. He was very responsive over the phone and answered many of my questions I had for him when purchasing my bed! As far as the furniture goes, i have never seen a bed with this quality of wood at this price range and I loved all the features such as the storage in the headboard, the two sets of slats and how the headboard legs are able to go over the baseboards of my apt.
