The worst. Took over 2 grand from my parents to write a will and trust in June and didn't bother to tell my elderly parents he was retiring in August. When my mom became critically ill in Sept and we needed copies of the will and medical power of attorney it took multiple phone calls and being told we have to set up an appointment to go over the Will and not over the phone when my mom was on life support. I received unknown papers in the mail from the sept of revenue and was asked to bring them into the office. But when I was there asking questions Cheryl stepped in and I was treated very rudely when I was simply trying to understand the situation. Her response was uncalled for and unprofessional making my first experience in the office one I pray no one should ever need to deal with, especially after the loss of a loved one.
