I’ve gone through this company for school pictures for 2 years. so far I’ve bought 4 packages. i am yet to be impressed with any of them, however what made me go out of my way to give them a review was when i reached out asking if they could retouch my child’s photo because he got a face injury days beforehand, and pictures were going to be in 2 days. they told me that they wouldn’t be able to until after the photos were done and reach out then. like obviously i know they can’t do anything until after the photos. I have been trying to get my daughter’s school photos since October 2025. I had requested several times to either mail the order to me or I can pick them up from their studio, which they agreed. After telling them I could pick them up tomorrow on my way to the airport I could get them before I left town, they then told me they sent them to the school. Ordered school pictures for my daughter and they never came. Called customer service and they said it would take weeks to ship out new ones. Horrible company
