I have been trying to get my daughter’s school photos since October 2025. I had requested several times to either mail the order to me or I can pick them up from their studio, which they agreed. After telling them I could pick them up tomorrow on my way to the airport I could get them before I left town, they then told me they sent them to the school. Ordered school pictures for my daughter and they never came. Called customer service and they said it would take weeks to ship out new ones. Horrible company
I hate that this is the only option my school district uses for school pictures. They have the worst packages - I don't have anything to put a magnet on in my home, yet it is a standard item in almost every package. I just want a team picture, 1 5x7, and 4 wallets - but in order to purchase those items only, it costs as much as if I had purchased the 2nd most expensive package. Ordered photo for my daughter's soccer team and they didn't send it. But claimed they did...our coach didn't get it. When I finally got a hold of them after being on hold FOREVER they told me they would send me a new photo in the next 2 weeks...why a company in the same city as me takes that long to send one photo is confusing to me. The team photo got here today and it's bent in multiple places because they send it in the normal mail with no padding or support. Great company...I will be asking for a refund.
