Didnt get properly diagnosed, exercises given to me were significantly hindering my healing and crippled me for like 8 months. Despite going here twice a week Jennifer never noticed the exercises werent working and kept assuring me that it will just take time. They kept me on the same routine of lasering/icing which was so useless looking at it now. She needs to spend more time asking questions about the recovery process.

The whole team is very kind and welcoming! Jennifer is very knowledgeable and was able to help identify stretches to address the pain I have. She's adjusted the stretches and activities as my pains improved, still going to ensure I'm back to 100%. The office also offers some extended hours after 5pm which worked great for me as a regular 9-5 worker!
