I’m so glad I chose Dorca’s for my wedding dress alterations. She was dedicated and committed to making sure the dress was comfortable and looked good. I had initially come in to take up the hem and make some changes to the top, and she took the extra steps needed for everything to be properly fitted. Additionally she was able to complete the alterations in a timely manner so that it would be ready for the wedding, and it looked absolutely beautiful.
Lee is a lifesaver! When I got my wedding dress back from alterations it did not fit and my seamstress never got back to me about bringing it in. Lee did my last minute wedding dress alterations SAME DAY, for a fair price. You can tell she is a perfectionist as she took great care to make sure everything was just right. I will definitely be coming back and have recommended her to all of my friends. She really saved the day!
Such an amazing seamstress! She does exactly what I want every time. I’ve brought in denim, dresses, shirts, etc. and she can do everything!! The prices are reasonable as well. If you’re looking for a tailor, this is definitely the place to go! :)
Typical bride couple months before the wedding i decided to buy a new dress for the ceremony. It was an off the rack A-line dress that was 3 sizes big. Finding an alterations spot in tampa proved to be difficult but after reading all the glowing reviews I headed to Dorcas and i was not dissapointed. Did good work. I would ask them BEFORE you leave your items with them for the bill. Outrageously priced. Had some minor work done on jackets - typical stuff, shorten the sleeve take it in a bit. Charged me $360. Work was fine - just ask for the bill first.
