worse place ever so unprofessional, I drop of some paperwork almost 3 month ago and still I can't get a hold of them to pick up!!!! don't recommend this place at all!!!!!
I have been going there for 19 years last year. They made an error on our taxes so me and my husband on getting fines and penalties from the IRS. They did not back us up. We were stupid went back again this year they made another error called to tell my husband that he had to come in and sign again, but one person was telling him one thing and somebody else was telling him something completely different So I called to find out what was going on no one would speak with me. Rhonda has been there for my mom for a long time. My mom is super skeptical about anyone she handles business with but she absolutely trust and feels completely comfortable with Rhonda. My mom sang her praises so much that I started going to Rhonda about 5 years ago and never looked back. Rhonda restored my faith in local businesses.
They weren't bad in years past but this time they've kept my tax data for days and didn't even call me and tell me what was going on. I finally called him and they said," well your financial planner sent is nine pages and they were all blank and there was no name on it".
