Unprofessional and Disrespectful Management Over the past year, the quality of management at Dorado Senior Apartments has gone downhill. When Jennifer was here, residents were treated with respect and issues were handled professionally. Since the new manager, Rubia, took over, the atmosphere has completely changed. The website says that one bedroom apartments start at $1342. Upon my visit to the site in Oct 2025, I was told that the apartments started at $1818! That’s $476 more per month, over 35% higher. Leasing office said I guess they forgot to update the website. I contacted the property management company by email that day. Almost 2 weeks and no reply. Seems to be a SCAM on limited income seniors. I would avoid renting there.

I've been living here for 3 years and the staff is amazing they keep the grounds very clean and we have different activities and also the food bank comes twice a month and deliver awesome food for free
