They have been a no show for 5 of my sisters dialysis appointment. They dont care about the patients life or medical needs. They are rough with the patient . The drivers smell of pot and the vehicles sound as if theyll break down any minute.
Terrible ride service would NEVER RECOMMEND ALWAYS LATE AND DRIVES CERY CRAZY ON THE ROAD BEWARE!!!!!!!
First experience with Dooy today for transporting my adult son who is disabled. Pick up driver was running 15 minutes late, but called in a timely fashion to let us know. He still arrived in the pick up window, which is 15 min before or after the scheduled time. Vehicle interior was clean, but exterior was pretty beat up. Those things can take time to get fixed, though, and it didn't interfere with safely operating the vehicle.
