Called at 7 this morning I tried 3 places with no answers and then called doors and more and Jennifer answered the phone.. as my spring broke and the garage door couldn’t be lifted They came at 9am same day and the door was fixed by 10 Troy said he liked to get it done so his clients could get out to work. nice to see some people still get it He does it for the right reasons and cost was reasonable as well
I made two appointment with Doors and More. They are in my Home Warranty network. Twice they called and canceled my appointment the last time one hour before my appointment. The reason that they canceled was they installed two doors that day and the customer requested a door opener as well. Rather than keeping their commitment to me they canceled and provided additional unscheduled work for two other customers. It appears that they are taking on more than they can handle and are poorly managed.
Our garage door springs broke and Jim was able to come out the same day and get it repaired and working again. Fast and friendly service, would highly recommend!
