Terrible customer service - do not give them your business. I requested a custom door that they originally said they could happily accommodate and seemed extremely friendly and flexible. As I requested two revisions to our project, I had to consistently reach out to them to ask for next steps -- a total of 3 times I had to follow up on emails to them after days of no response, telling them that I was ready to move forward on my project but hadn't received a response from them.
