Last week I called my dasher over 15 times she still decided not to answer and left my food outside on the ground at a building I watch her go to on my maps that wasn’t where I was or the address I put in I drove for DoorDash and they way they treated me as a driver I don’t know why I trusted them with my food orders I am deleting my account and won’t be creating a new one anytime soon

Terrible experience just now with both my assigned dasher (Karen, Washington DC) AND the customer service representative. I have been a member since 2020, sometimes ordering food up to 2-3 times a week and the service has just gone completely down the drain over the years. This was my last straw. Food was never delivered to me & there was no attempt to resolve the issue even with a credit to the account. 🤬🤬🤬Yesterday I tried to do doordash somehow I tried to pay for the customer order ,but the card is not working. so I pay for my pocket now when I ask for my money back 'the ignore that and di decline my message

Was charged 57$ for a Wawa order that after 2 hours the dasher said someone must have stolen it. Never got my food and was still charged! Not sure if door dasher scammed me or the Wawa in Dunkirk Md
