Terrible customer service, actually no customer service, instead customer abuse. Delivered my food to the wrong address and keep my money. Awful! Philippines call center, pretend supervisors (just another employee), long holds, no solution.
For decades I’ve used Grub Hub and I’ve disliked Door Dash. Even when I was in other states I was disappointed by Door Dash. Then one day I ordered desert from Grub Hub and I called I was annoyed because it was one about and a gal late I used the D word and they suspended my account after decades of good purchases and high tips. Cold, cold, cold, oh, and the wait was too long. I received a cold turkey-melt sandwich and cold onion rings. Yuck!
