DoorDash is a service I value both as a former Dasher and as a customer. Why hasn’t a supervisor helped when my daughter was scammed during a delivery! Why can’t drivers track past deliveries for safety concerns. Why did they tell us it will take 24 hours for a supervisor to call? Why do they accept cash placing driver’s in harm of being robbed?

I trusted DoorDash to deliver my order, but it was sent to the wrong address and I never received it. This was the only money I had set aside for food, yet DoorDash refused to reimburse me even after I explained the situation and provided communication from the driver. Their policy left me without food and without my money. A company that cannot ensure delivery or take responsibility for mistakes should not be trusted with something as basic as food delivery. If I could leave 0 stars i would. I was a stable customer for doordash. I placed an order while in hotel for delivery. It showed as pickup. I contacted support right away asking to make a chamge for delivery. Support lady didnt want to help and said the order was already made? How often do orders get made within few minutes. I couldnt pick up the order. I lost money on this and was deeply dussapointed in the most basic function of this service: food delivery. You got your $30 or so.
