I love D2D, convenience can't be beat, one time I got a bunch of substandard broccoli and wrote customer services. The price was deducted from my next box, and I have had nothing but yummy produce every since. It has certainly saved me time and money.

We have (soon to be HAD) this service for our business. We were ordering it to have fresh fruit for the office and set up for delivery on Mondays. It went well for about 4 weeks until it didn't. We started getting boxes full of vegetables (no fruit??)...and that is not the worst of it...They started delivering after 5pm when we are closed and leaving the box OUTSIDE! The produce is nothing special, certainly nothing better than you can get from a Walmart. The selection of food is minimal. My biggest problem is that I find myself asking the same question each week... "Will I get everything I ordered?" Unfortunately, the answer is usually 'no'. And I don't find out until my order is sitting on my doorstep.
