We were looking for a technician to Service a casement window on our home. The main competitor in the window service industry in Edmonton has extremely high pricing for relatively simple work and minimal parts. I called this company and their pre-recorded message stated that they provide “free quotes”. Once I got a representative on the phone they told me that it’s actually $139 to provide me quote. I called GreenFox windows and doors and they are sending a technician out to my home free of charge to provide a quote. I would recommend customers to contact other local businesses to get a free quote. Edit: To clarify GreenFox windows is sending a technician to my home for the “service call” free of charge.
