Was charged a 20% restocking fee for part that was unopened and returned the following day of purchase .The reason for visit to store was to purchase between garage panel rubber seal .The store was out of stock for this part I was told at location , while I was there anyways I inquired about the bottom seal of garage door and three hinges while . We were looking for a technician to Service a casement window on our home. The main competitor in the window service industry in Edmonton has extremely high pricing for relatively simple work and minimal parts. Thankfully, I was referred to Lock Surgeon to service my window - A surprising referral in that I did not know they serviced windows too. I do not regret the decision to reach out to Lock Surgeon. We had Nathan come out and fix our totally inoperative man door on our detached garage. He performed magic. Opens and closes better than it ever did. Will highly recommend him to all our friends and family
I called this company and their pre-recorded message stated that they provide “free quotes”. Once I got a representative on the phone they told me that it’s actually $139 to provide me quote. I called GreenFox windows and doors and they are sending a technician out to my home free of charge to provide a quote. I would recommend customers to contact other local businesses to get a free quote. Edit: To clarify GreenFox windows is sending a technician to my home for the “service call” free of charge.
