Had Robbie come down to replace my mom’s front door locks. He was very knowledgable and professional. If I ever have issues with locks or doors in the future he will be my first call
Robbie came by today and spent some time repairing and updating both of our front doors. We have a solid glass exterior door and an inside door and both needed some significant TLC. He was professional, knowledgeable, personable and was truly great to work with and deal with......would highly recommend!!! Everything is now sealed up, working smoothly and ready for the cooler temperatures. Thank you immensely, Rob! James Gouthro and Treena Bradbury
Fixed my garage, thanks robbie
An adjustment to a deadbolt costs $415.00. This repair took less than 40 minutes from start to finish....I relayed my concerns to their head office and the response I got was them telling me about "their costs associated with doing business" This is how they justified this extremely high price. My mistake for not getting all the details, don't let it happen to you!! BEWARE
I had exactly the same experience as Alan Richter. The business should be up front and state that there will be a minimum charge of $416 plus tax for any service. The normal expectation is the $139 service call plus labour and parts for the work - nothing wrong with a one hour minimum labour charge for 20 minutes of work but the $277 is over the top. Can’t blame the tech, he is only doing what he is told to do.
