I appreciated all the communication from Lock Surgeon prior to the arrival of the technician. I was sent by email a picture of Tyler Carlin, phone numbers, estimated time of arrival and also received a phone call confirming the appointment and exact time of arrival. Tyler was pleasant, efficient, and careful to make sure the job was done well. I would use this company again and would request Tyler to do the job!
