Tina was amazing!! She explained everything in order! And gave the best recommendation's
Loved the tasting was free. Don't find that anymore in DC. Gentleman bartender was very knowledgeable and very nice ( apologize, I don't remember his name). Not a lot open in DC in November, but I'm happy they were open. Lots of choices and merchandise to choose from. Always a go to when we visit. Keep up the good work!!
Foul at best! Half of the spirits had very strong notes of acetone on the nose and burned like cheap swill. I wouldn't be surprised if you found methanol in their bottles. Sad to see a stain like this in door county.
We stopped here on the way back from Washington Island. The distillery is beautiful but unfortunately the liquors were not. We tried a flight of 5 of the liquors and they had more acetone than nail polish remover, including the cherry infusion bitters which was a huge disappointment. No cherry or good bitters taste was to be found. We also tried the Sweet Potato Old Fashioned which was a great concept but a complete fail.
