They quote the least prices in the market to attract customers and once the truck arrives at your place, the quote gets increased for more than 100% of the actual quote. you know what’s super cool? honesty & integrity. door 2 door moving solutions clearly has none considering what they did to my friend who moved back from nashville. she’s been back in las vegas since july 26 & STILL doesn’t have her stuff. her stuff has been declared “lost & they’re only offering to reimburse her for $1400. if you’re moving across state lines & want to see your stuff again DO NOT DO NOT book with them.
They delivered my parents contents with a large hole in the roof of the moving truck during a rain storm and everything got wet. They raised the price and broke the contract after my parent had already moved and we’re waiting for the contents. The contents of their home were wet with many broken items. Scammers!!
TODAY IS 12/26/2018 I AM NOW OVER 46 DAYS WITHOUT MY PERSONAL ITEMS Let me start by saying today is 12/15 and I have been trying to get my belongings delivered since 11/10. Josh the sales guy made the whole process sound easy, he never communicated it would take them 21 days or longer to deliver my stuff.
