Massage therapist are good but not good at communicating changes. I booked a specific therapist but arrived on time but the receptionist told me the the allocated my therapist to someone else without telling me in advance.
In appropriate behaviour by male masseuse, women should not go here. I have called twice giving detail of the indecent behaviour and no one called me back until my partner called to address on my behalf.
The owner has no respect to customers. Disregard concerns raised by customers about the staff unethical behaviour. All he cares about is money, lies about booking to get you in and then put a substandard massage therapist and not taking responsibilities. Even charges 2% on merchant fee.
Booked 90 minute massage and during that time the staff stopped my massage to step out 15 times, to answer phone, return phone calls, greet customers etc. They did not give me a discount for all the accumulated massage time I missed out on. Very disappointed.
