Booked 90 minute massage and during that time the staff stopped my massage to step out 15 times, to answer phone, return phone calls, greet customers etc. They did not give me a discount for all the accumulated massage time I missed out on. Very disappointed.
Jack was fantastic. I have frozen shoulder and he got it moving. Best $$ I’ve spent in ages.
Had the most shocking experience. My partner and I went on Sunday the 2nd Feb 2025. Had an appointment for 12:30 they said that the rooms weren’t ready and they weren’t even busy when we arrived. We also arrived 5 mins early. We wanted to be together due to the fact that we’re a couple they didn’t even put us in the same room. Both our massagers were SHOCKING. Do not recommend.. the receptionist was sick so the masseuse spent half the time walking in and out of the massage to answer phones. I walked out half way through and they charged full price. Worst massage ever and no apology or offer to reduce the price. Very disappointing massage and customer service. Definitely won’t be back
One of the best places I’ve been to. Specially the lady named Green is such a professonal masseur. Highly recommended
