donwood home is a great place for your aging family members to be. at the start of mom being there i was very hyper on the staff as i was very protective of my mother. if i believed something was wrong i would go directly to the resident manager. i never went to the nurse or staff and the manager was always there to talk to me. everything was explained to me and any concern was addressed. emails to the manager were always answered in a super timely manner even if they were on holidays etc...mom was very uneasy about being th... read more
