Rude and insulting customer service I found this place in the dealer listing from Schwinn's website. I wish that I had never gone. The place was empty and an older gentleman with a ponytail asked what I was looking for. I told him I was looking for an urban style bike and wanted to see the Schwinn models in particular. He proceeded to ask me if I wanted a Schwinn "Because my daddy wouldn't buy me one when I was a little girl". great shop - great customer service I stopped by Don's Schwinn Cyclery with a friend on my continuing quest for a road bike to see what they had. We were greeted immediately and given the tour as well as the pros and cons of each bike. I'm still researching, but thought the experience at Don's was just great.
