I would give no stars. This is the worst place for costumer service. The people who work there don't listen and doesn't care what the customer wants. I would rather go out of town to get the supplies I need. Sad I can't support my own town.
I use them all the Great Customer Service.
For anyone that has to work through the week they can never use the store since it's always colsed on the weekends, which is the only time a hardware store is needed in my case. I'm sure it's nice if you get to go inside
