Horrible customer service... terrible carpet install and they wouldn't fix the problem. Called multiple times and left messages to get it resolved, and they didn't respond.
LOVE Don's Furniture! Kaycee was fantastic to work with! We purchased two sectionals and she beat everyone's prices! Delivery was a dream - the young men who delivered and set-up our sectionals were beyond exceptional, and honestly it was the best delivery service we've ever gotten! We have remodeled our home several times, but this was the best experience hands down. If you haven't checkout Don's Furniture you are missing out, they beat out the big Utah competitor stores by a long shot, and I rate them 10+ stars!
