Had a file an extension to correct taxes they filed incorrectly from previous years.
After being there 25 years, the service is just not the same as it used to be. The prices are so over the top we cannot even afford to continue with Donovan. The sad part is it didn’t matter to them if they were losing a long time customer. I know it’s a different day and age, but I would love to go back to the way it used to be.
I found there Tax Cady not very user friendly. Also the cost for simple tax filings I thought was quit expensive.
I would not recommend this firm for tax returns. They are bad about communicating and call backs. They charged me almost double what they estimated my returns would cost. Not happy with them at all. Not going back to them.
