Asked for a diagnostic estimate, the agent was not able to give one as he saw no beed for it. But my warranty company needs it done even if there is nothing wrong in the diagnostic. Still agent not even able to give an estimate, and tells me there is no need. Don’t recommend them if you need estimates and or need help regarding a warranty.
Visited Donovan Auto for the first time after Kal Tire quoted me on a tie rod end problem when I requested a tire swap and alignment. I asked George for a quote on the tie rod and about his availability. Upon inspection, he said it was not a tie rod issue, it was a lower ball joint. My usual mechanic told me to expect the ball joint would be next to go, but he is booking a month out, so I was happy with the diagnosis and the repair at Donovan Auto, who had the chance availability to fix up my ride on short notice. Love dealing with these gentlemen. Polite and old school. Just be prepared to bring cash to pay for your bill. Will always have them fix my problems
