My experience with Donner Law left me very disappointed. During my transaction, I was informed that $1,000 would be deducted from my assignment proceeds from a current closing because of a previous transaction that did not close. I requested an explanation of the legal or contractual basis for this deduction and wanted to understand what document authorized it. Terrible experience they are not equip to handle simple wiring transfer they are still handing checks out like its 1957! SMH THey worst real estate tranaction in my 25 years experience! BEWARE!
