Terrible experience. Avoid this company at all costs. They’ve caused me nothing but problems. Their repeated miscalculations ended up costing me significantly. What’s worse, they took no real accountability for the damage they caused. I trusted them to handle my finances professionally — that was a huge mistake. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
I appointed Donnelly Bentley (recently acquired by Pierce) and it’s been nightmarish. They gave me some poor advice on my tax return and correcting it is taking months, I submitted my info on 4 April 2024 and my tax return is still not sorted. Replies are very slow, they don’t seem able to keep up with the workload and attention to detail is lost. Wouldn’t recommend.
