We had our first ever visit with Donna and her Husband, our dog was the shaggiest puppy ever, he came back smelling wonderful, clean, trimmed up and happy! Nothing but great reviews from our end!
Decided to try them since I just moved to Rockland and was extremely disappointed. They claimed to be professionalls and been grooming for 10+ years and still didn’t know you’re NOT supposed to cut a cats whiskers. My cat came back terrified with rashes all over her skin and even her nipples we’re raw inflamed with scabed up from the blade/trimmer and no whiskers. Would not recommend. Seems like they’re more focused on volume than the quality of their work
Donna did a great job on my sweet mini poodle Pastel. She’s been prancing all morning since we came back from her grooming appointment! Thanks Donna!
A great experience with Donna and Norm this morning for our Brittany called Max who is 12 years old. From the drop-off to pick-up, we were greeted so professionally. Max never looked so good! We will be returning for sure. Thanks Donna and Norm!
Amazing job on my little Molly! She had quite a few mats under her arms, legs and her nails were so over grown. After picking her up and taking her out of her carrier I was able to tell she felt so much better. Thank you so much for such an amazing job! I will definitely be returning when he next groom is needed.
