Extremely ignorant and rude
The worst I went there today just to see do she do title transfers she said sorry I can’t help you I said wait you don’t do it at all she said no smh never going back there😮💨
Very cordial,and attentive to customer needs, especially those people who are challenged and especially her treatment of military veterans.
I don't even know how this lady has 4.3 star rating. She was very rude on the phone, saying she wouldn't serve me as a customer because I was asking for an estimate price. Very unprofessional, talking into the phone, to someone in the background mid conversation. Just had a bitchy tone the whole time. I don't know what is wrong with this lady to make her so miserable but she shouldn't run a notary if she doesn't want customers. Saw other comments about the same behavior and turning people away. Get a grip. Rude.
