I don't even know how this lady has 4.3 star rating. She was very rude on the phone, saying she wouldn't serve me as a customer because I was asking for an estimate price. Very unprofessional, talking into the phone, to someone in the background mid conversation. Just had a bitchy tone the whole time. I don't know what is wrong with this lady to make her so miserable but she shouldn't run a notary if she doesn't want customers. Saw other comments about the same behavior and turning people away. Get a grip. Rude.
Was told I needed an appointment. Made an appointment and when I went she wasn't there. Was told she would call me. Never did.
Update your hours on Google if you're going to turn ppl down in your driveway. Kinda rude about it too. Sign on the door says "we appreciate your business"... but ya don't. Thats an action and you've fallen short.
