Called and spoke to Donna directly, tried to explain my case over the phone, cut me off before I even finished talking and hung up the phone. Very unprofessional, I expected her to at least review the case, she asked how much money I was trying to get if it was a formal sue and since I’m not a law professional I didn’t know and ended the phone call. Never really had her as my representative but definitely very rude, unprofessional at answering phone calls. Maybe she doesn’t have a secretary to let people know in a nicer way.
