I would just like to share my experience with Southeast Mortgage and Donna Dunn. It started out great and she did everything that she committed too. We had a great closing on the property without a hitch. We received a email notice prior to even making our first payment that our loan had already been sold. Selling the loan was not the end of the world but the fact that she was NOT transparent and forthcoming prior to us finding out by an email was totally unprofessional!
