Everyone very nice, but there is always one in the crowd that is rude and knows it all. Witnessed a terrible chewing out in the lobby by the so-called assistant manger older woman to a employee for a minor mistake. Actually is was her fault because the employee was not trained and did not know, but she let him have it !!!!! I will never go there again ..................................

Dropped off my business taxes to get done. Waited for about a month and did not hear anything. Sent emails and did not receive a response. Finally I called and they said they were very busy but working on it. Waited another three weeks and emailed again. No response. Called and asked for an update and they said they would call me back. No call back. Finally I sent my wife to retrieve my papers, they said they couldn’t find them all and that a new person had been working on it and that they left the company.
