My own headache pain brought me to become a massage therapist. My mantra was 'my pain was my gain' in trying to figure out how to move through the day without another headache. I've been a full time massage therapist since 2002, working with many age groups and a variety of occupations. The goal is to help you live a pain-free and stress free life. Had my 1st appointment with Donita, she is amazing. I’ve always felt like I had a vice grip around my head..this evening my head feels different. I can’t even describe it, it’s just feels not stressed or immobile like it does typically. I suffer with cluster headaches and several other kinds of headaches which means I have a headache nearly daily. My goal is to heal these headaches. So far, it feels like this might help…my head definitely feels different than what I’m used to and no headaches tonight. I will keep updating!
