I felt disgusted and heartbroken after what happened at Donelan’s in Gould’s Plaza (248 Great Rd, Acton, MA). My elderly parents, who don’t speak English, took my baby son shopping for some fruits. They bought a bag of green grapes labeled $2.99/lb, but the cashier charged them as red grapes at $4.49/lb. The cashier realized they couldn’t speak English but still rang it up incorrectly.
