Booked in to get a few issuescresolved with my van. The work was completed in 1 day. Excellent customer service from start to finish from the reception/ Customer Service team to the gentlemen that addressed my issues. They did a great job & were very professional.
A bunch of legends!! Can't thank these guys enough, and especially Kym who stayed late to get our issues resolved. After a long and tiresome day of talking to the rental company of our RV, and not getting any closer to a working waterpump. I ended up at Donehue's by pure luck. Their service was friendly and efficient, and the mechanic knew what he was doing!! Would recommend!!
Can’t thank the team at Donehue’s enough especially Kym the technician who was so helpful and knowledgeable. Our hot water system on our caravan stopped working and we’d rang around and thankfully found them. Explained the situation and that we were full time on the road, they managed to squeeze us in same day and had the parts needed to fix our issue. Thank you again for being so accommodating!
