Everyone I’ve talked to so far from Done Right has been friendly and easy to talk to. The crew (Jake & Jake ?) showed up on time to do a sweep & inspection. They were both friendly, knowledgable, and were great communicators. They found a squirrel nest with a baby and mom and showed lots of care to save both and prevent future visitors. The service was excellent. The technicians cleaned the chimney and explained the set up of our fireplace. They inspected an area we were concerned about. Our home was spotless when they left. Very polite and pleasant men.
Jake and Jake were fantastic today, they cleaned, climbed, chipped, and vacuumed; they made the stove work like a champ again. We highly recommend Done Right for all your heating needs.
