Donaldsons provide an absolute first class experience from the first time we came into the showroom until our suite was delivered. We were looking to buy a new sofa and chair. There was a great selection of styles and colours at the showroom. Tony took us through the options without putting any pressure on us to buy. Donaldsons supplied us with just the carpet we were looking for. I thought the fitting would be a very difficult task with awkward curves and angles to take in to account but the results are outstanding, the fitters were meticulous and we are very pleased with the results.
Excellent customer service. Great quality products. Personal touch for their customers. Whole team fantastic. Recommend 100%. Wouldn't use anyone else for flooring & carpets.
I would like to thank the staff in the Furniture and Carpet department at Donaldson's for being so helpful. The team who fitted our lounge carpet and delivered our new sofa were very good, and overall we've been very pleased with the service we have received - excellent!
Amazing service unbelievable staff I purchased a reclining chair and it developed a fault they couldn't do enough to rectify the problem. after 2yrs it developed the same fault contacted them "don't worry we will talk to the rep." They called me back to tell me if Im agreeable the company produces a very similar chair and it would come with a 5yr warranty fantastic
