Isaiah stopped by to check out my hot water heater when it stopped working. After looking things over, he found the thermostat had tripped. I had already swapped out the elements myself, and Isaiah made sure both had the right voltage and were working fine. The initial service call cost $119, but I was told this would count toward any future repairs. Turns out, the thermostats needed replacing.
