Do not use this attorney. He took my 7000 dollar retainer for my divorce. I was never able to get a receipt from him. He said he was going to email it to me. We talked on the phone. I drive to his office to meet up with him to discuss my case. He never answered my repeated calls. I sent him an email demanding to get my money back. He never responded. This man is a snake.

He never contacted me, and never took one of my calls from jail. He visited me one time, and it was after midnight, and it was only to get paid, I signed a power of attorney so he could get all my money from my personal injury attorney. Promised to put money on my books while I was in jail, and never did. Worst attorney I ever had. Ending up getting time instead of a program, because he didn't show up in Veterans court when he was supposed to...

They played guilty to my 2nd DUI in 2013 I was given Four months house arrest but never did it I hired Don and he was amazing he got my case dismissed. Which means now I only have one dui. I cannot expect anything better thank you so much for your help and being such a great attorney you change my life!!
