I'm sure Don is a good accountant, but he wasn't good to me. I was referred to him by my old accountant who retired after 45 plus years. His way of preparation wasn't what I was used to plus he failed to mention potential issues with my return on top of not getting all necessary information when we sat down together. When these issues were raised two and a half weeks after my initial appointment they were not communicated to me properly and I wasn't provided any satisfactory solutions.
